OVERVIEW

DORS 200 is an automatic banknote detector that combines affordable price, reliability and good verification speed. The customer can easily clean the device’s path and update the software online to keep its high performance level.

TYPES OF CONTROL

• Infrared detection of the presence, location, printing method and quality of execution of image fragments applied with IR metameric inks.
• Anti-stokes detection (a special kind of IR)
• Ultraviolet detection. Several ultraviolet sensors, operating both in transmission and in reflection mode, provide verification of the background response of banknote paper in the UV spectrum.
• Magnetic control. Magnetic sensors are optimized for checking magnetic properties of US dollars, Euros, and a range of local currencies.
• Ink spectral analysis.
• Optical density control (the average transmission value of IR light passed through the banknote).
• Dimensions of banknotes are also examined by DORS 200.
